Kasia is a Doctoral Candidate in the Learning Sciences at Northwestern University. Her passion is working toward reimagining science education. She has been teaching science across different levels, designing curricula, and working with teachers to help them teach in more student-centered ways that are aligned with new science reforms. She is currently studying longitudinal and cross-contextual science teacher learning and the usefulness of silliness in the classroom. Anita Sundrani
Anita is a Research Associate at the Center for Education Efficacy, Excellence, and Equity (E4) situated within the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University. Her research explores mathematics educators’ noticing in online spaces when planning and enacting equity-focused mathematics lessons. She also studies learning in the context of globalization and emerging technologies, with a specific focus on cross-cultural communication, civic journalism, and information literacy. Tracy E. Dobie
Tracy is an Assistant Professor in Learning Sciences and Mathematics Education at the University of Utah. Her research investigates how to support productive discourse and equitable mathematics instruction among K-8 pre-service and in-service teachers, and how to make mathematics learning meaningful for students.
